Most items you borrow will automatically renew up to 6 times, so you don't need to do anything.
An item won't renew if:
- It has already been renewed 6 times.
- Someone else has requested it.
- Your Library membership has expired.
If this happens, you'll need to return the item. You can do this by:
- Using the returns machine opposite the Library Help Desk
- Visiting the Help Desk
- Dropping it in the book return outside the Library
- Sending it back using our Freepost Returns Service
We'll send you a monthly account statement and email you if anything doesn't renew.
